Lesson Rates

Therapeutic Riding lessons, EAL (Equine Assisted Learning), and Critter Connections are currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at Honey Bridge Ranch.  Honey Bridge Ranch: 6N917 Rt. 25, St. Charles, IL 60174.

Students ages three and up are welcomed.

We are excited to announce that after years of dreaming and fundraising, in August of 2022 our hydraulic lift and ramp were installed in our indoor arena. This allows individuals with limited mobility a safe and trusted way to be lifted on and off their horses. Please phone us to discuss your individual needs and we will plan a personal horse experience for you.

It is highly encouraged to schedule enough time for groom and tack (more than 30 min).   When participants are independent enough to groom and tack with volunteer supervision, we do not charge for this experience. 

Our Rates for Riding Lessons and EAL:

One-time new participant intake and assessment fee:  $25

Private Lesson Fees:
30 minutes:  $60 ($630 package)
45 minutes: $80 ($840 package)
60 minutes:  $100 ($1050 package)
90 minutes:  $120 ($1260 package)

Semi-Private Lesson Fees: 
30 minutes: $50 ($525 package)
45 minutes: $70 ($735 package)
60 minutes: $90 ($945 package)
90 minutes:  $110 ($1155 package)

CRITTER CONNECTION FEES: 
Join us in our Critter Connection area that is offered as a lesson with your instructor. If your child is not quite ready to ride, they can have their lesson in the Critter Connection area where they can pet bunnies, goats, chickens and donkeys! This is a great area to connect with the smaller animals at Honey Bridge Ranch. 

Critter Connection Rates:
30 minutes: $35 ($367.50 package)
45 minutes: $48 ($504 package)
60 minutes: $60 ($630 package)

We STRONGLY encourage lesson packages that cover 11 lessons, where the 11th lesson is 50% off!

Camps and field trips are scheduled at various times throughout the year.  Please contact us for pricing.
